Get ready to join ORA, HAC-STK and an associated group of experienced rescuers and concerned citizens in front of the Hamilton Animal Control/HB-SPCA building on 245 Dartnall Rd, just south of Rymal Rd (Highway 53), for a long-awaited community Rally demanding open adoptions, TNR/speuter programs, shelter reform and more - on behalf of the HAC animals marked for death 2-3 times every week. 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM.
